The first stage focuses on brand foundations. We begin with a strategy session to understand your purpose, positioning, audience, and the direction you want to take your brand. This gives us the clarity we need to make smart design decisions.

Design
The second stage is creative development. Using the strategy as our guide, we explore visual concepts and refine the direction collaboratively until it feels right. Once approved, we build out your full identity across the agreed assets.

Phase Three
Web Design
If your project includes a website, this is handled in the third stage. Before designing, we plan the structure, content and imagery to make sure your site is clear, functional and consistent with your brand. We then build the website on your chosen platform with a focus on usability and a strong creative standard.

Extensions
The final stage is brand rollout. After approval, we prepare all brand files and apply your visual identity across any additional collateral you’ve selected. This ensures your brand is cohesive across every touchpoint.

We understand that every project is unique, and so are your budgetary requirements. Our pricing is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing you to choose the services that best fit your needs and goals.
You can choose the payment structure that works best for you. You are welcome to pay in full, or to split the investment into two payments: 50% to begin the project and the remaining 50% on completion. If you prefer a more flexible approach, we also offer a pay-in-three plan, which divides the total into three equal monthly payments. Your first payment reserves your project in our schedule.
Final files are released once the project is complete and the full balance has been paid.

The pay-in-three* payment plan splits the total investment into three. You will need to make your first payment to book your project, and the exact amount will be due each month afterwards on the same date until the project is paid off.

We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts and website mockups, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want more revisions, a 50 GBP charge will be added to your final bill for each extra round.
During our project, we'll use Notion to keep all our tasks, due dates, and conversations in one place. This is where we'll do most of our communication to avoid information getting lost in email threads or on social media. Of course, if you need to talk things over at any point, you'll always have the option to schedule a call.
If you prefer your project to remain private while we’re working, just let us know. The studio frequently shares behind-the-scenes content on social media, but we are always happy to keep your project confidential until you launch.
To maintain momentum, we’ll agree on feedback deadlines throughout the project. If feedback or materials are delayed, the project may need to be rescheduled to the next available slot and GBP 50 late fee will be added to your final invoice to account for the project rescheduling.
Since we often work with clients in different time zones, our office hours are significant to us. Your morning may be our evening, so please be mindful of that. The studio operates Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm BST. Messages received outside these hours will be addressed the next working day.
If you would like to move forward, simply let us know which package you’d like to proceed with. We will then send you a contract to review and sign. Once the contract is complete, you will receive your invoice based on your chosen payment option. Your project will officially be booked into the studio schedule once your first payment has been made. Your proposed start date will be confirmed at that point.
