We understand that every project is unique, and so are your budgetary requirements. Our pricing is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing you to choose the services that best fit your needs and goals.
To make your investment more obtainable, we offer several payment plans. This ensures that you can get the exceptional branding you deserve without compromising your financial flexibility. You will have the option to 1) pay in full, 2) pay an initial 50% deposit with the remainder due on completion, or 3) partake in our pay-in-three payment plan.*

The pay-in-three* payment plan splits the total investment into three. You will need to make your first payment to book your project, and the exact amount will be due each month afterwards on the same date until the project is paid off.
Note: Branding files will be released upon project completion, but ownership remains with Desiree Design Studio (as outlined in the contract) until full payment is made.

I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts and website mockups, which will be outlined in your timeline. If you want more revisions, a 50 GBP charge will be added to your final bill for each extra round.
During our project, we'll use Notion to keep all our tasks, due dates, and conversations in one place. This is where we'll do most of our communication to avoid information getting lost in email threads or on social media. Of course, if you need to talk things over with me at any point, you'll always have the option to schedule a call.
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that I like to share a lot of my process with my followers. I do this to (1) educate people on what the design process is like and (2) show real-time examples of my work. If, for any reason, you don't want me to share parts of our project before it is finished, please let me know, and I'll make sure to keep it a secret until you're ready.
Time management is crucial at the Studio. For our project, I always allow you to give your feedback until 8 am the following day. If I’m expecting something from you (feedback, copy, materials, etc.) and I don’t hear anything from you within 24 hours of your due date, a GBP 50 late fee will be added to your final invoice to account for the project rescheduling.
Since I often work with clients in different time zones, my office hours are significant to me. Your morning may be my evening, so please be mindful of that. I am available Monday to Friday, 8 am - 8 pm BST. These boundaries are essential to keeping my business running smoothly, so I appreciate it when clients can respect them.
Once you approve this proposal, we will then send a contract for you to review and sign. Once that is signed, we will send an invoice.
