BEAUTY

39BC by Sharmadean Reid

Sharmadean Reid’s new beauty brand, 39BC, isn’t trying to enter skincare—it’s trying to shift how we think about bathing. Described as a study in ritual, mythology and pleasure, the brand positions bath and body care as a site of transformation. Sensory, symbolic, and culturally grounded, 39BC draws as much from collective memory as it does from the ingredients list.

SLIQ

Co-founded by Mamy Mbaye and Zainab Sanusi, SLIQ is part product, part platform. Yes, there’s the hydrating Deep It conditioner, but the brand is building a full ecosystem around textured hair—stylist directories, community events, editorial content, and practical guidance. It’s haircare as infrastructure, designed with intent and intimacy.

ACCESSORIES

Kimeze

Founded by siblings Clare and Christina Kimeze, this London-based eyewear brand makes frames with a focus on diverse facial features. Designed in London and handcrafted in Italy, Kimeze blends clean lines with subtle nods to heritage. Quiet luxury with point of view.

Khiry

Jameel Mohammed’s Khiry continues to expand its Afrofuturist jewellery vision—anchored in narrative, symbolism, and political intention. The Chicago-born brand doesn’t just challenge Eurocentric luxury standards, it builds its own lexicon of beauty and adornment.

FASHION

Omôl

Bold tailoring and sculptural accessories define Omôl, the London-based label by Nathalie Chebou Moth. The Goli bag has quickly become a cult object among stylists and editors, while the brand’s sharp silhouettes signal a confident, contemporary design language rooted in heritage.

Seta The Label

Crafted in Lagos and loved globally, Seta The Label delivers holiday-ready pieces without ever feeling seasonal. From its printed co-ords to cult favourites like the Sunburst set, the brand balances ease with elevated texture—designed to live beyond the resort circuit.
